Title: PA: PA 147 Minor Point Error north of Millersburg

The intersection of PA 147 and Tarry Hall Rd (https://www.google.com/maps/@40.564104,-76.975725,3a,36.9y,345.83h,91.81t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sp4eRhKX0HLFwuy8A5VxosA!2e0!7i13312!8i6656) is actually south of where the point is.

From HistoricAerials, it looks like this point location was appropriate in the past.
Not anymore though. Changed.
