Title: HUN: Exit numbering M85/M86

The M85 exits west of M86 are also numbered:
M86_S --> 27
H8603 --> 31
H8611 --> 44
Fer --> 52
H8627 --> 60
F84_E --> 72
F84_W --> 82
H8518 --> 85 (https://www.skyscrapercity.com/threads/460510/post-176475609)
H8527 --> 89

Thanks, Labels in use (https://travelmapping.net/logs/pointsinuse.log) must be kept as alt labels though. I've added +80, +142 and +147 now. Marking solved.
