Title: GA: GA 57/540 Point Request

Request a point on GA 57/GA 540 at Hammock Rd.  Had used Hammock Rd to cut down to GA 18.

Moved Griswoldville Rd (not in use) point to Hammock Rd. I note that the other end already has a point at GA18.
