Title: VA: US 258 Business and related routes (Smithfield, VA)

I just noticed that we have two routes officially labeled via "US258BusSmi".  The first one with the root name "va.us258busaltsmi" is the VA 258 ALT that got added to usava as Froggie mentioned.  The second one with the root name "va.us258bussmi" is the actual US 258 BUS.

va.us258busaltsmi should be removed.  It is already in TM as its correct designation va.va258altsmi
