Title: OH: OH 57 Point Request

I would like a point on OH 57 at Grafton Rd (https://www.google.com/maps/@41.3246627,-82.0695104,3a,75y,326.96h,81.19t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1s3dAk3bkPuYfTcs8_8yb8Gw!2e0!7i16384!8i8192) (even though signage on GSV directs traffic to go straight to access US 20 WB).

As part of my trip out to the Chicago area, I took US 20 WB/OH 57 SB/OH 301 SB to OH 10 EB here, and I had to use Grafton Rd to access OH 10 EB due to the ramp at the interchange to the north being closed.

GraRd added in my local copy. The point is a little over half a mile away from a couple of others, but it's justified even if no one needed it since it's adjacent to the exit on US 20. OH 57 is in dire need of a general cleanup but I don't have time to anything else with it at the moment.

I'll submit a pull request sometime next week, after INDOT gets back to me with an answer about another issue.
