IL: US 67/IL3-IL111 intersection error (Alton)

So US 67 has a IL3/111 point where it's actually a bridge and the two roads don't actually intersect.

A good location to move the points to would be Alton Square Mall Drive (to the southwest), as that's signed as TO US 67 and TO IL 3.

The updates text for the fix submitted 12/21 refers to a point called "OldUS67". Assuming this refers to the point labelled "ToUS67"?
