AR 7 Buffalo River Bridge

It looks like there is a minor realignment going on here.  yakra, I am not sure if you want to do anything here or not.

Found photos of the old bridge with its deck removed; safe to say the new one is open. :)
A slight realignment of the CR2890/3580 point looks like a good cutoff for the N end of the relocation. With the construction of the new bridge on CR3580, I'm unsure if that would connect farther north and beg for a renumbering of the southernmost leg as an extension of CR3250. Relabeled CR2890/3580.
