1. PeaSt should be PeaSt_S (https://www.google.com/maps/@41.0015276,-73.6658572,3a,75y,252.12h,83.97t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sEsNWqjIfvbRmMFYvoByiSA!2e0!7i16384!8i8192).
2. KingSt should be KingSt_S (https://www.google.com/maps/@41.0034182,-73.6636567,3a,75y,160.15h,76.67t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sHl6Bgq9YENp4fvU3spXy4A!2e0!7i16384!8i8192).

1. Transition from North Pearl (https://www.google.com/maps/@41.0015776,-73.6657853,3a,51.4y,108.49h,94.32t/data=!3m9!1e1!3m7!1sZDmZYTsVYXJ9kGDHHqQAKw!2e0!7i16384!8i8192!9m2!1b1!2i40). As a bit of an inverse case of "essential direction specifier (http://192.168.2.7/hb/?u=yakra&r=me.us001&lat=44.109390&lon=-69.109690&zoom=16)", I'm fine with going No-Build here.
2. While there has indeed been a trend toward this style of label for "multiplex" splits from local streets, including Tim's work, who wrote the rulebook, it was never officially codified or universally adopted. Since this label is in use, I'll go No-Build here too. It's not worth the extra cruft in the HwyData files or git objects, or the tiny slowdown it would cause .list file processing.

I would consider that beyond my level of expertise.  I have always been changing these labels based on Tim's rule.
