Title: CA: Temporary removal of I-8/I-8BL (Imperial Ave. leg) interchange in El Centro

Last week, the interchange connecting the west leg of I-8 Business in El Centro to the I-8 mainline was demolished. This will make way for a new interchange at the same location. I don't yet know when the replacement interchange will be completed.

I could mark as closed the 114 point on I-8, and the I-8_W point on the business route. But this seems to be a sufficiently temporary closure that it would be better to do nothing.
