Title: BC: Broken concurrency between TCHMai/BC1 and BC99

Waypoint "4" has the same coordinates for TCHMai and BC1 but it's in a different place for BC99. This breaks the concurrency between *3A and 7.

Fixed in my local copy, to go into my next pull request.
