wikipedia (https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/P%C3%A9n%C3%A9trante_de_Tanger-Ouest) and wegenwiki (https://www.wegenwiki.nl/Marokko#Autosnelwegen) list "A501". OSM indicates "A501", GM has no road number at all. It is just a former part of A1 and a connector now. No GSV / google pics. Keep it as-is? Field check?

Keep as it is until a field check proves something else.

'501' is visible on one km post, i.e. just as the other A routes. Keep as-is.
