There's a new END FL 13 sign here (just past the overhead BGS). It's been put up in the last week, so I didn't have my camera ready. Not sure if we care that much. There is NOT a matching BEGIN sign heading southbound.

13 already does end at the upcoming interchange.
-
I highly doubt the route would 'end' mid bridge to be honest.
As long as it's still signed @ the interchange (https://maps.app.goo.gl/2d3ViHKdJquNcRkVA), I don't think anything has honestly changed.
-
That's why I put the "maybe" in the subject. It didn't make a whole lot of sense to me, either, but the sign is new. If it was a county line or something, I could see it, but this is in the middle of downtown Jacksonville.

The end sign is at 2:33 in the below video of the Acosta Bridge northbound from roadwaywiz.
Acosta Bridge southbound for good measure:

Hmm, yeah, I think they just posted it where they could coming up to the interchange on the North side of the bridge.
So, no change.
