Title: Requesting new midpoints?

Is there any way or formal process to request new midpoints to be created on existing routes? I have one in mind that I think is (somewhat) important to have.

You should just post it under "Updates to Highway Data" and then the maintainers of the region(s) affected will look into it and respond accordingly.
