Title: NC: Northeastern NC Point Concerns

NC 45:   Consider replacing the shaping point south of NC 42 with a visible point.

US 13/US 158:  The intersection at the east end of this concurrency could use a slight recentering.

US 158: 
1.  The shaping point east of US301_N should be replaced with a visible point at OldHwyRd (https://www.google.com/maps/@36.4419409,-77.5526173,15z/data=!5m1!1e1).  (This looks to be around the eastern end of the future US 158 realignment.)
2. McCRd>-MtCarRd or MouCarRd
3. It looks like MouTabRd should be TalCotRd (https://www.google.com/maps/@36.4086672,-77.0142789,3a,37.5y,240.6h,73.59t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sYB2U7umNS5U5oEaXl-1OKA!2e0!7i13312!8i6656) (or Tall Cotton Rd).

I am unsure how the Rd was left off of MouCarRd (showed as MouCar).
