Title: WV: US 250 TRUCK (Moundsville)

It looks like this now-signed truck route (https://www.facebook.com/photo/?fbid=10218779068708314&set=a.10218779238632562) that previously served as a detour for US 250 is now fully signed as a Truck Route (https://www.google.com/maps/@39.9188738,-80.7431304,3a,75y,216.56h,84.59t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1szEjdIaK9JWl-AupX8rpcJQ!2e0!7i13312!8i6656).  It follows Jefferson Ave south to 7th St then west to WV 2 and back north to US 250.

How long was this 'detour' route active?  Seems like US-250 was still sorta routed in-town back in '09, even though there was signage north of town saying otherwise.

 Well my first time in Moundsville was last month so I have absolutely no idea.  ;D

So, do you know for sure if there's 'Truck' banners along the entire route? LOL.  :P

The shields along WV 2 are definitely bannerless south of the north end (which I am unsure on). I thought I may have seen shields here (https://www.google.com/maps/@39.9188024,-80.743134,3a,75y,210.59h,83.84t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sOE4DG1ZAE82VrLMd8ek_Xg!2e0!7i13312!8i6656?entry=ttu), but I do not remember and did not photograph them, and GSV has not been updated.

I could have just done the Moundsville Bridge so that I would not in theory need a point where this truck route leaves WV 2, but too late now.

US 250 itself is fully posted along its current route.

StreetView was back here in June '23.  So, I checked the 'supposed' entire route out.

There seems to be a total of 3 TRUCK shields for the route.  1 at each end, and for the SB turn onto 7th from WV-2 (https://goo.gl/maps/cJZxeJ5wEJP5ZbUe7).  Any other shields along this route in-town want to desperately say that it's 'mainline' US-250 instead.

Yeah, that makes sense from what I remember.  US 250 was definitely still following what we have in the HB now despite that.
