NC: Western NC Point Concerns

US 23:
1.  Consider replacing the shaping point along the US 64/US 441 concurrency with a visible point. (also affects US 64 and US 441)
2.  US64>-US64/28 or US64_E (the former matches US 441)

NC 215: 
1.  SonRd>-SonRd_W
2.  Consider replacing shaping points with visible points.
3.  ChaDr>-CanRd

NC 280:  Should a point be added around the Asheville Regional Airport?  I am unsure that replacing the shaping point with a visible point is the best idea.
