Per the ODOT Commission Meeting of 7/2022, the following changes have been made in Sapulpa, OK
Details: https://www.odot.org/tcomm/agendas22/tc_agenda-202207-r.pdf (item 90)

90. State Highway System Revisions – Mr. Planteen
a) Removal of SH-66/SH-33/US75A between JCT SH-117 and JCT SH-117A/SH-66/US-75A
b) Removal of US-75A and SH-117A Designations
c) Addition SH-66, SH-33, SH-97, US-75A Designations City of Sapulpa – Creek County – District 8

This in brief is what I believe changes need to occur:

OK33: Now truncated to the junction of OK117
OK66: Alignment changed to run along existing OK117 east to the current OK117A north to its existing alignment.
OK97: Extended south to the JCT of (OK66/)OK117
OK117A: Decommissioned, replaced by OK66.
US75AltSap: Truncated north of (OK66/)OK117

I drove through there Friday and the signs were changed for the OK66 bit.  I wasn't able to confirm the OK97/US75AltSap changes.

I will note one other thing, this creates probably a new route for US66His(Sap), since US-66 Historic is still signed on what is being removed from OK66.

Happened to drive through some of the area today, and snapped a couple of pictures:

This assembly is at the OK 66/OK 117/(former OK 117) intersection on the SE side of Sapulpa, looking west:

GSV of old assembly at this location: https://maps.app.goo.gl/gYUhTKT1omJnU3LB9

This assembly is at the former OK 66/OK 117A intersection, looking north:

It seems like OK 66 is fully rerouted to the new alignment following OK 117 and OK 117A, while OK 117A has not been decommissioned yet. I unfortunately did not stop by OK 97 or US 75A to see those changes.

OK, so they decommed OK117A, changed the signage there enough to reflect the OK66 reroute, and while at it failed to remove 117A signage.
Greaaaat. *Slow clap.* Anyway...

https://github.com/TravelMapping/HighwayData/pull/7195
OK33: East end truncated from US 75 Alt and OK 97 to OK 117.
OK66: Removed from Dewey Ave and relocated onto OK 117 & OK 117A (Mission St) between waypoints DewAve_W & DewAve_E.
US75AltSap, OK117 & OK117A waypoint labels changed to conform.

Wait for signage to catch up:
OK117A deletion

US66His:
before doing anything there, si404 has a pull request awaiting my review.

I happened to be in Sapulpa again this morning, so I decided to look at the rest of the signage from the change. Alas, it seems that signage still indicates OK 97 and US 75 ALT still end at each other at the former OK 66 intersection. As for OK 33, this reassurance marker is still up as of today, but other signs seem to indicate its truncation. Including this monstrous assembly that only seems to point to OK 66's new intersection further south (it used to include OK 33 on there). The signage at the OK 33/66/117 intersection on the SW side of town reflects the new changes.

The main point is that I think its safe to say that the changes to OK 33 and OK 66 are complete, but the signage has not caught up to the changes of the other routes yet.
