WV: US 250 TRUCK (Moundsville)

It looks like this now-signed truck route that previously served as a detour for US 250 is now fully signed as a Truck Route.  It follows Jefferson Ave south to 7th St then west to WV 2 and back north to US 250.

How long was this 'detour' route active?  Seems like US-250 was still sorta routed in-town back in '09, even though there was signage north of town saying otherwise.

 Well my first time in Moundsville was last month so I have absolutely no idea.  ;D
