Title: VA: US 29 Minor Point Errors Throughout VA

1.   SR1156 should be for Old US 29 (https://www.google.com/maps/@36.5438655,-79.4581271,3a,75y,214.97h,81.08t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1stpBGNf6L_kevEG4n-7-S6g!2e0!7i13312!8i6656).
2.   SR737 should be for Goodyear Blvd (https://www.google.com/maps/@36.5699029,-79.3783471,3a,75y,324.65h,81.38t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sTIcmw0v6sKCVJIIA0HOR7Q!2e0!7i13312!8i6656).
3.   FooLn point would be better served as SR 647 (https://www.google.com/maps/@38.4183546,-78.2017008,3a,75y,240.47h,77.97t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sBSu3qZBDiEjkoMOy9-8pCw!2e0!7i13312!8i6656).
4.   CR651 should be SR 651.
5.   CR693 should be SR 674 (https://www.google.com/maps/@38.7665902,-77.7230919,3a,75y,246.01h,90t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1ss0jX4AC-m2LTP-K4QOP_gw!2e0!7i13312!8i6656).

EDIT: 6.  A point is also needed for the new interchange at SR 666 on the Culpeper Bypass (http://virginiadot.org/projects/culpeper/rt._29-666_interchange.asp).  It may be useful to have a point for SR 666 and maybe SR 694 (Ira Hoffman Lane) on US 15 BUS/29 BUS as well.  Of course, a point for Ira Hoffman Lane should then be on VA 229. 

7.  Ok this is for US 522, but a point may be useful at its intersection with Colonel Jameson Blvd (https://www.google.com/maps/@38.4809579,-77.9898493,3a,75y,297.32h,77.8t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sjysZhaAIaLKppg7R4Vtdkw!2e0!7i13312!8i6656).

SR 1156 is signed as Corning Dr from US 29 so I changed it to that (as well as on the US 58 and I-785fut files for both #1 and #2).

All others adjusted and in the queue
