So it's signed Bypass US 278?

I assume so; sounds like it?
A quick search for "278" in the AASHTO topics (http://forum.travelmapping.net/index.php?topic=2506) (but not in the linked applications themselves) turned up nothing.
It's possible they could apply for the designation in the future, unless I missed something from a past meeting.
