The B96 Neubrandenburg bypass was opened in October. I could change the route but I'm not sure how the old routes are dedicated now.
https://www.gaia-mv.de/gaia/gaia.php is not yet updated.
I mimimum want to wait till the next truck toll table (http://mauttabelle.de/) will be published (valid from December 1).
I saw on pics that E251 is signed via the new bypass.
