OK: L.L. Tisdale Parkway

Is it just me, or should we have this road on the site?  Has 3 interchanges (not counting the start @ I-244).

Would be about the same length as the non-OK-11 segment of the Gilcrease Expressway.

Following the precedent of the (intersecting) GilExpy & however many other routes, only including the freeway portion of the route in the file.

Just noticed, but you missed the partial interchange w/ Fairview Street that's above I-244.

Also, the graph connection with the 'GilExpy' route is missing, thus creating a NMP issue.

Ah, I wondered about the "3 interchanges". Added.
GilExpy's point recentered, with the LL added to the label along the way.
Changes staged locally, to be submitted along with annoying US60 & US70 relocations.
