MO: MO-150 missing interchanges (+ eastern end)

MO-150 is currently missing 2 interchanges, with a 3rd debatable.  All 3 are to the West of I-49.

Thunderbird Rd
Botts Rd
West Outer Road (debatable)

Also, it seems that MO-150 doesn't end @ US-50, but instead ends just to the north @ Cannon Drive.  This should be looked into to.

Also, anyway you look at it, the 'US50' point need a recenter in both routes, as it's way to the north of the interchange.
