The route is a full loop around Mountain Empire Community College now.

There is also a second signed connector to US 23.

Most importantly, US 23 needs a point at VA387Mou.

Also please clarify that the label names are correct.  GSV is confusing me at best with what little we have.

The new March 2024 GMSV is helpful...I don't think the original US 23 access road has a name - signed in field as Mountain Empire Rd, same as the loop road around campus.

Added the other US 23 point...
