+X03 is unnecessary and misleading, since it's only on northbound US 61 Business.

I looked, to see if my own list file would be affected.

FWIW, I agree with this easy fix. No need to move or replace the misplaced shaping point.

I moved the point to 19th Street, and made it live as AveL_E, to split the difference but keep at least part of the distance.
