TX: Spur 379 deletion
« on: June 16, 2021, 08:57:00 pm »
I'm in the Austin/Round Rock area this week and attempted to snag Spur 379. It is signed from I-35 on a BGS, but I could not find any other remaining signage in the field. In March 2020, it was determined that maintenance would go back to the city of Round Rock.

Thanks for the update.
There's so much going on in TX to keep track of that I have two watchlists for evolving signage.

That BGS sounds like a barrel of fun. Wonder how long it'll stick around; do we have another TX114BusGra situation on our hands?...

Just to make sure, did you confirm that this and this are gone?

Almost all references to Spur 379 are removed, except for those mentioned on I-35 and a lone JCT assembly on eastbound US 79. There's a few half-empty goalpost assemblies along Old Settlers Boulevard which only have I-35 shields.
