General notes:
- If I'm not mistaken, we are facing E, AA (also plain A), AB, AC and B roads in Sri Lanka which seems to be thoroughly for wikipedia, OSM and GM. I assume this for the peer-review.
- Just thinking out loud: If we would add a tier 5 system down the road, it would likely cover B roads. So, should we add AB + AC routes or lkaa system, or shoule we have two more tier 4 systems for AB and AC? I'm not in favor of it. Let's stick with AA roads as-is.
- I only found route numbers on direction signs even on 2021/22 GSV (plain A) but still rarely.
- I think that we can stick with A prefix for lkaa (w/o leading zero) but I'm open for changing to AA or adding leading zeros if there is consensus for it.
- wikipedia does not describe the AA routes in detail and Chris did not yet work on it, and I couldn't find detailed official info like an official map, nothing on https://www.transport.gov.lk/web/index.php?lang=en
- I won't go through the active lkae system for wp labels but recommend to update them too.

- I don't think that this is the way to go

Like we have in HB right now. As mentioned above, 5th Street is AC009 southbound, and the northbound one-way street is a market hall.
