UT 154: New Interchange at 6200S

The project website seems to indicate that the interchange is now partially open (https://www.udot.utah.gov/bangerter6200south/#/).

https://github.com/TravelMapping/HighwayData/pull/5558 adds exit 15, puts a couple other new exit numbers on existing interchanges, and recenters a few points.

It looks like the UT 209 point at UT 154 is at the wrong interchange.

Good catch. Copy and paste is a dangerous weapon if mishandled!  :pan:
