I think I have enough evidence to truncate DE 30 now via GSV on US 113 SB and US 13 NB, but I plan to do a field check later this month just to be sure.

Weird, 27 was primary at one point, but demoted during CHM.
Must have been based on Feb 2008 GMSV.

I'll follow up tomorrow with a conforming change to NV 157, to re-synch it with US 95, that somehow was left out of the PR.

The change didn't make it to US-95's file either.  Only the label on US-95 was changed.  It's location stayed the same as it was previously.

Grrr. Before I fix the US 95/NV 157 junction point, I'll need to look for screwups elsewhere in the PR.

Half access is always enough to add a graph connection.

Generally, yes. Notwithstanding obvious exceptions like trumpets etc. of course.
I believe the strictest interpretation of the manual would have one point on I-15, midway between D St & NV578, and another point in the NV578 centered on the roadway itself, so no graph connection. That said though, A lot of people seem to be moving away from this in favor of having a graph connection, and putting a point "off-center" on one route if there's another route in the HB, at junctions like this one. Which makes sense, really. Maybe it's time to update the manual, mumble mumble...

Still unsure what if anything to do with I-80BL(Verdi) and NV 425, on hold for now.
