Title: OH: Slight SR 109 relalignment

Hello.

SR 109 is in need of being updated in the HB, as it was realigned across the Maumee River with the opening of the new Damascus Bridge in 2017. The route no longer turns down the Anthony Wayne Trail before crossing the river. It's a small tweak that makes the road straighter but shifts the crossing between 100 and 300ft to the west.
