Title: IL: Macomb Bypass
Post by: mapcat on May 27, 2018, 06:32:39 pm
The bypass appears ready to open any day now. I was there on the 24th and got this photo, showing that it will be signed as both IL 110 and IL 336:

What's the funky CKC thingy above the IL110 sign?

It's the logo for the Chicago-Kansas City Expressway.

I went ahead and made the bypass file for 110 and 336, plus a point for US 67, and sent them. Neither state route had a US67_N point before so it should be good.

Jeff, IL 110 has a zig-zag in it in Macomb now that breaks the concurrency with IL 336 due to a point not being removed.  The one shape point seems like it is a bit off the route from the looks of it as well, but it is at least concurrent.

Got it.
