Title: PA: US 422 (Reading) at Stowe Interchange near Pottstown

My next PA update will include a slight realignment at the Stowe Interchange that is now shown in OSM.  Personally, this is enough of a realignment for me to make sure I do a redrive of US 422 soon to feel comfortable in keeping my clinch.
