These changes have not been signed in the field as of yesterday.

North of HarAve_W, removed from the state highway system.
South, to be redesignated as AR463.
Half of this is true; the removed part is no longer signed, but the bit that's to become AR463 is still signed as US63Bus.
So instead of changing the whole thing over at once, it looks like this gets to be a 2-part process.
For now, truncate the route.
Later, once we have confirmation that the switch to AR463 has taken place, AltRouteName it.

This is still the case as of August 13, 2021. I was able to check on this via roadwaywiz's Live Drive yesterday that covered PA 291 in Chester. (see 2:52:18 on this video)

but I have no idea where it is specifically located. OSM does not have anything drawn in, and Google Maps' satellite view is too old. From the top image in the linked story it is obvious there is a change in 67's alignment, but I can't put it in until I know more.
This is going to kill my clinch of US 67 north of Little Rock. :-\
