I am fine with this solution.  It seems to be the best option here.

An oops on my end.  This should have been Boggan Cut Rd (BogCutRd).

This point is still needed on US 76 (with all of those Wilmington revisions).

A point should also be added on US 74 and NC 130 at Old Boardman Rd/Macedonia Church Rd due to a new interchange that is about to start construction.
