WV/OH: Wellsburg Bridge (2022)

Supposedly will be opening in 2022.

From what I can tell, this will require a new point on OH-7 due to a new interchange.  The current nearby '3rdSt' interchange either might be closed, or turned into a partial interchange, not sure what will happen here.

WV-2 will only require a new point for the river crossing.

My understanding, from Brian Powell, aka Bitmapped, is that the Market St. Bridge, in Steubenville, will close when the Wellsburg bridge opens.

Well, bridge is now officially open (opened in October).  Just randomly found out, and GSV has already been across it.  Honestly looks like GSV was on it on Opening Day!

No new WV or OH route numbers posted.  No new (at this time) exit for OH-7, so that route doesn't need any changes.  So, the only changes will need to be done, is to WV-2 to add in a new point for the bridge.
