Title: NC: NC 150 Minor Point Errors

The shaping point west of I-73 should be replaced with a visible point at Eversfield Rd (EveRd) (https://www.google.com/maps/@36.1991238,-79.9536381,3a,15y,284.85h,84.9t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1s3iawh1gVlLpeR6gCHcrfSQ!2e0!7i13312!8i6656).

EDIT (12-13-2020):  IvyLn should be replaced by Hampton Rd (HamRd) (https://www.google.com/maps/@35.9283521,-80.3359236,3a,75y,279.7h,89.24t/data=!3m7!1e1!3m5!1s57PHsyqn-cMdNimlHZExhg!2e0!6s%2F%2Fgeo3.ggpht.com%2Fcbk%3Fpanoid%3D57PHsyqn-cMdNimlHZExhg%26output%3Dthumbnail%26cb_client%3Dmaps_sv.tactile.gps%26thumb%3D2%26w%3D203%26h%3D100%26yaw%3D335.00357%26pitch%3D0%26thumbfov%3D100!7i16384!8i8192).  However, that will require a point farther to the south (at Center St Ext maybe (https://www.google.com/maps/@35.8782784,-80.3185356,3a,37.5y,342.11h,82.16t/data=!3m7!1e1!3m5!1ssvOq4N-JerIERdwwH-fppA!2e0!6s%2F%2Fgeo3.ggpht.com%2Fcbk%3Fpanoid%3DsvOq4N-JerIERdwwH-fppA%26output%3Dthumbnail%26cb_client%3Dmaps_sv.tactile.gps%26thumb%3D2%26w%3D203%26h%3D100%26yaw%3D297.03867%26pitch%3D0%26thumbfov%3D100!7i13312!8i6656)).

Well the area was already out of tolerance when I put it in the Waypoint Editor.  South of US 64 has areas out of tolerance as well.

changes made and in the queue
