Title: ISL: TH 998

I drove a short segment of what appears to be signed as TH 998 from the Ring Road to the parking lot of Skaftafell.  Maybe there was a good reason it's not in TM, or maybe it's new or was mistakenly omitted.

This was excluded on the grounds that it previously was not signed. Now that that has clearly changed, will add.
