The section b/n B167 and B5 is announced to be downgraded:

Auf Grund ihrer tatsächlichen Verkehrsbedeutung soll die Landesstraße (L) 37 im Landkreis Märkisch-Oderland über eine Länge von 13,599 km beginnend an der B 5 ab Netzknoten 3552 014C in Petershagen in der Gemeinde Zeschdorf bis zum Netzknoten 3452 012A an der B 167 in der Gemeinde Vierlinden abgestuft werden.

Edit 2023-07-30: OSM and https://bb-viewer.geobasis-bb.de/ are not yet updated. K road number unknown but required since the B167 wp is a GSJ.
Edit 2023-07-30: Still unknown, there is also no confirmation that the district has accepted the downgrade.
