Not to speak for @mapcat, but I'm curious what the purpose of making these changes is?
While I do see there are 2 points a block apart on Ross Ave, one is named US22_E and the other RossAve. Based on my understanding of waypoint naming conventions, RossAve is a reasonable name for the waypoint where OH561 turns onto Carthage Ave.
I get the intent of changing the point named OH562 to something else nearby since there is no direct connection to OH562 from the crossing routes. From a practical standpoint, whether the point is at Norwood Ave or where US22/OH3/OH561 cross over OH562 feels a bit like splitting hairs to me since those locations are darn near on top of one another.
I'll be curious to see what @mapcat has to say.
