Title: NY: NY 100/NY 141 Split

The point for the NY 100/NY 141 split is a little off, appearing at roughly the center of NY 141 between the actual split point (first intersection just past the trumpet) and the local connector for NY 100 NB to NY 141 NB.

Heads up if you add NY100 to your list; the as-yet-unused labels here &@ Saw Mill River Rd have changed.
