Surely (mostly) moot as the change that needs to happen on US70 is moving it off of 42 rather than relabelling exits that aren't on the road.

Secondarily in big issues in VA, VA 375 has its own VA375 label that should be VA3.

Not a huge problem.  I noticed and fixed it last night (I believe).
