In-progress Highway Systems & Work / Re: itass: Italy Strade Statali
« Last post by Duke87 on Today at 07:14:50 pm »
Few things which I mentioned elsewhere but for tidiness will throw here as well:

I'd combine SS1Liv with SS1 as an implied concurrency.
SS1Liv: needs a point at the A12Liv ramps
SS258: missing route, need to add.
SS714DirFra: could use a point at Contrada Ceretto (I got off A14 but then turned off here)

The tier 4 master thread mentions this system is being reworked on account of a lot of route maintenance transfer occurring, what is the status of that? Is a more systematic peer review plausible to undertake yet?

Updates to Highway Data / ITA: Various Comments
« Last post by Duke87 on Today at 09:11:57 am »
A4 & A50: missing a graph connection
A12 & SS1: the designation change near Cecina is not at SS68, it's a km or so north of there. Where OSM shows the road change from trunk to motorway. I'd also combine SS1Liv with this SS1 as an implied concurrency.
A25: SP656Dir -> SS656Dir
RA12: needs to be truncated to SS714, the road past there is only SS16Dir
SS1Liv: needs a point at the A12Liv ramps
SS258: missing route, need to add.
SS714DirFra: could use a point at Contrada Ceretto (I got off A14 but then turned off here)

Updates to Highway Data / Re: NC: I-40 'eastern' end extended?
« Last post by Jim on Yesterday at 05:58:13 pm »
Wanted to give a heads up to those who have the easternmost part of I-40 and want to extend that if you traveled all the way to the new end, as of tonight's site update that point will be US117_S.

at some point soon (when the srbm system is reviewed? when I've created the srbr system?

I could review the changes + srbm but not "soon". I'd also prefer having srbr in place first to review everything at once.
However, I'd be happy if anyone else would review the changes + new system(s).

The new Serbia Motoputevi system is ready for review

https://travelmapping.net/hb/index.php?sys=srbm

This system was created this year, along with a small overhaul to other roads: https://www.paragraf.rs/propisi/uredba-kategorizaciji-drzavnih-puteva.html

In addition, as part of creating this system/starting work on the tier 5 system, I've overhauled the previously-existing A, B, and E routes. I've kept these reworks separate so they can be checked/reviewed before going live at some point soon (when the srbm system is reviewed? when I've created the srbr system?) as there was a lot of reworking and I'm bound to have missed something. Please have a look and comment.

I found another signed spur of the GRR in Atlas, IL. It is signed west along U.S. 54 toward "Pike Station River Access." This implies that the spur continues at least as far as 256th Street and maybe to Ralphs Landing Road or the Two Rivers Marina, but there are no signs in Pike Station or anywhere off IL 96 as far as I can tell.

I suspect there are more of these poorly but unambiguously signed spurs scattered all along the Illinois portion of the GRR in equally unlikely places, but I don't have time to look around for more tonight. I have only driven the stretch of the GRR from I-72 south to Mozier, so I can only safely say that there are not any additional spurs on that stretch beyond the three I have mentioned.
There's an incredibly short one to Riley Creek Rest Area, one along State Forest Road, Wolf Creek, and one heading into St Louis from the North along IL3

The only one signed with more than a sign at the diverge (that I've found) is the 'Free Ferry' one in Kampsville where there's supposed to be something the other side of the river, but there's not (in part because there's the Illinois River Road taking up sign space - see also other stuff being signed where there's supposed to be a GRR spur which isn't signed as it's not as important as the other scenic byway/trail/whatever).

I found another spur to the Randolph County Courthouse in Chester: start and end
