Title: UT: UT 151 east end

TM currently shows the east end of 151 at US 89, but per the highway resolution (https://www.udot.utah.gov/main/uconowner.gf?n=200609181659311), the highway reference (https://www.udot.utah.gov/main/uconowner.gf?n=15532908070733591), and signage on the ground, the east end is at I-15.

Interestingly, there is another eastbound end sign at the US 89 junction (https://goo.gl/maps/XHiUK42ALdF2), but 151 is not signed at all from 89.

HRO (https://maps.udot.utah.gov/uplan_data/documents/HRO/) concurs with UT 151 ending at I-15 and the signage shown. Truncated.
