Title: MS: US 278 relabel two points near Pontotoc

Two points on US 278 near Pontotoc need to relabeled. Old MS 6/US 278, which was removed from MDOT maintenance following completion of the Pontotoc bypass, was reinstated to the highway system by the legislature as MS 338.
OxfSt at the west end of the Pontotoc bypass is the west end of MS 338 (link (https://goo.gl/maps/jPzEqct6CGk)).
LonRd at the east end of the Pontotoc bypass is the east end of MS 338 (link (https://goo.gl/maps/a8PWCUXkgAr)).
