Title: SD: SD37 Hidden waypoint out of sequence

Something is wrong on SD37 east of Woonsocket. The segment between SD34_W and SD34_E appears to have a shaping point out of sequence. The 3 visible waypoints (CR21, CR4, and CR27) all look to be in the correct sequence, but the shaping point which belongs before CR21 seems to be placed after CR27 creating a strange visual on the Mapview.

I think moving the hidden waypoint between SD34_E and CR21 would fix this.

I just missed adding this segment on a recent drive in SD, but I noticed is when updating my travels on both SD34 and SD37.
