Title: NY: NY125 Heathcote Bypass

Any interest in including this? Driving NB, there is signage (https://goo.gl/maps/C7JEHfLQrWpaF9NE6) for a distinct bannered route, with vanilla NY125 signage on the main route, but SB there is no signage (https://goo.gl/maps/5ohZcopW79t1cTwW6).

I was also unsure if route this fell into the same problem that NY truck routes pose, so if that's the case, ignore this.

Same problem as the truck routes basically, yeah.
