Title: TX: TX Spur 122 missing graph connections

Just noticed, but we're missing 2 graph connections on TX Spur 122, both with I-37 & I-410(US-281/TX-130).

On I-410 & pals, the point is placed correctly (https://travelmapping.net/devel/manual/points.php#double_half), so going no-build here.
OTOH, I-37 meets the each half connects to a different highway that we are also mapping (https://travelmapping.net/devel/manual/points.php#double_half) criterion.

.4 miles apart, but meh.
