Yep, D585 and E87 were already signposted on the bypass back in Sep 2022 (https://maps.app.goo.gl/Ts4BhoxXz4ufWzd18). E87 was already (and was still in Sep 2022) posted continuing on the incomplete bypass at 20-09 interchange back in 2015 (https://maps.app.goo.gl/SN6Kfwb3VZvuNc4z6).
