WV/OH: Wellsburg Bridge (2022)

Supposedly will be opening in 2022.

From what I can tell, this will require a new point on OH-7 due to a new interchange.  The current nearby '3rdSt' interchange either might be closed, or turned into a partial interchange, not sure what will happen here.

WV-2 will only require a new point for the river crossing.

My understanding, from Brian Powell, aka Bitmapped, is that the Market St. Bridge, in Steubenville, will close when the Wellsburg bridge opens.
