SC 49:  Replace the shaping point near SC/NC with a visible point at Blucher Circle (BluCir).

SC 121:  I am tempted to recommend SC322 instead of US21/322.

SC 460: 
1. I do not think that WolTrl is correct.
2.  Should the route be flipped?
